Introducing the Ctrl Alt Career Coaching Program
Module 1: FIND YOUR FIRE
You’re often your biggest enemy - so we start by untangling you from limiting narratives, and give you the courage to dream (maybe for the first time ever!) for yourself. Then we deep dive into identifying your values, interests and strengths. Using my tried-and-tested framework, we connect the existing dots in your life to create a clear picture of your future career.
Outcome: Recognize what’s holding you back and have the courage and confidence to define success on your own terms. Clearly articulate your interests, strengths, values and priorities so we can distill them into a career in Module 2.
Module 2: TEST THE WATERS
Once we figure out what your values, strengths, and passion are, it’s time to translate this into a career. We explore what kind of jobs you should be looking for and build a minimum viable product (MVP) for you to test the waters. We also spend time finding mentors and building the right relationships to get your foot in the door.
Outcome: A minimum viable product to test drive potential career paths, a brand new network for yourself, and so much clarity you can write the job description to your dream job.
Module 3: FLIP THE SWITCH
In the final module, we work on getting your resume in order, how to start attracting job opportunities (instead of constantly blasting your resume), crafting your career transition story and negotiating to get the best possible offer.
Outcome: A shiny, top 0.1% personal brand to match the top 0.1% candidate you are and attract the kind of offers that when you tell others they say “oh wow that’s so you!”

"I really appreciate Jen’s honesty and the fact she listens really well. Jen then can make non-biased viewpoints, where she would be able to extract and pull things out from me, where often I don’t know the exact words/titles to the career or things I would never be able to speak out about.
